He mentioned that AS Holdings and its subsidiary Ari Arms—an international firm that develops NATO-standard light arms—have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Azersilah, a state-owned enterprise under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence Industry.
This important partnership aims to enhance co-development efforts and support national security and independence. The signing ceremony was attended by officials from various ministries and agencies, marking another milestone in the growing ties between the two nations.
