According to him, Armenia has accepted Azerbaijan’s proposals regarding the last two unresolved points of the peace agreement.
“At the next stage, Baku’s expectations are that Armenia must amend its constitution, which still contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan,” Bayramov said on the sidelines of the 12th Global Baku Forum.
Later, Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that negotiations on the draft agreement “On the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan” have been completed.
