In particular, the publication “Grapararak” writes that the list includes the names of former separatist leaders in Karabakh, individuals actively involved in the separatist process, military personnel, as well as those who committed atrocities against the Azerbaijani army and civilian population during the First and Second Karabakh wars.
“Today, events in ‘Artsakh’ are taking a more tragic turn. Yesterday, the people fought fiercely and tried to repel Azerbaijani attacks in every way, but without any assistance, they found themselves in a difficult situation. The enemy has advanced in various places, and even in Shusha, they are not well-informed about the situation, as there were communication issues in ‘Artsakh.’ However, it seems that the Azerbaijani army has captured a significant number of settlements, and the small army and self-defense forces are no longer able to fight. There is no assistance from Armenia either, and even Russian peacekeepers have taken the side of the Azerbaijanis and washed their hands of the conflict. Authorities have already started negotiations for the evacuation of the remaining population under blockade and the establishment of a so-called humanitarian corridor,” the publication writes.
According to the report, the Azerbaijani side has provided the separatist authorities with a list of individuals who must be handed over to Azerbaijan.
