This statement was made by Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian in an interview with AzTV, where he addressed relations between Tehran and Baku.
According to him, there are opportunities for cooperation between the two countries: “What should two neighboring and brotherly peoples do? We can unite and establish cooperation to build strong ties between our countries. We can develop relations between universities and discuss trade relations.”
“We are relatives on both sides. Mutual visits help strengthen ties. Therefore, we must open up ways to facilitate mutual travel. We can support each other and create a peaceful and prosperous life for the peoples of both countries,” he noted.
