In the city of Khankendi, the president reviewed the work carried out at Karabakh University. Following this, he participated in the grand opening of the “Karabakh” and Palace hotels, which have been thoroughly renovated and restored.
As part of his visit to Khankendi, Ilham Aliyev also laid the foundation for a new Congress Center, marking the beginning of construction for this important facility.
President Aliyev also visited Khojaly Airport, highlighting its strategic importance for the region.
Additionally, in Shusha, President Aliyev participated in the opening of the new recreational complex “Isa Bulaghi,” set to become a significant center for leisure and tourism.
