Notably, he pointed out the significant increase in Azerbaijani gas supplies to Bulgaria, which now constitutes a considerable portion of Bulgaria’s energy consumption, thereby cementing Azerbaijan’s role as a key energy provider in Europe.
President Radev, in his speech, expressed profound gratitude for the warm reception and praised the longstanding friendship and mutual understanding between the two nations. He lauded President Aliyev’s leadership and visionary approach, which have been instrumental in not only strengthening bilateral ties but also in enhancing the energy security of Bulgaria and Europe at large.
