The aircraft, operating the Baku-Grozny route, crashed near Aktau, Kazakhstan.
In a decree signed by President Aliyev, it was stated that a state commission will thoroughly investigate the causes of the crash and report the findings directly to the President.
The commission will also provide necessary assistance to the families of those who lost their lives and to the injured. Furthermore, issues related to foreign nationals affected by the crash will be addressed appropriately.
