A joint commission has been established in Azerbaijan comprising representatives of the State Security Service and the Special Communication and Information Security Service to monitor compliance with security regulations related to the country’s critical information infrastructure.
The commission will systematically inspect adherence to relevant legislation, presidential decrees, and Cabinet decisions. Special attention will be given to identifying violations that may pose threats to national and public security, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of measures taken to eliminate such risks.
In cases of serious violations, the commission will recommend emergency actions. Regular reports on the outcomes of these inspections will also be prepared.
