This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan, Azada Huseynova, during a press conference dedicated to the accommodation of foreign guests and the presentation of tourism opportunities during COP29, as reported by Trend.
According to her, transportation will be organized from tourist gathering points to the event venue during COP29.
“For guests of COP29, 3500 rooms will be offered in 70 hotels. These figures are intended for the initial stage. In the following days, this number may increase due to the activity of guest bookings. Accommodation is planned mainly in Baku, Sumgayit, and the Absheron district,” she said.
