Up to 47 heads of state, governments and EU institutions are expected to attend the European Political Community (EPC) summit in Moldova next Thursday, which will bring together EU Member States and 17 other European countries.
According to the diplomatic source of the publication, as part of the summit, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan will hold top-level talks with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“We hope that a peace treaty will finally be signed on June 1 in Chisinau,” Leyla Abdullayeva told a small group of journalists in Paris.
“This is a historic moment and momentum that must not be squandered,” she said.
