The event is organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in cooperation with the Athletics Federation of Azerbaijan as part of the “Week of Sport” and the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World,” according to Report.
Participants of the ultramarathon must run the stages Hankendi – Yevlakh (83 km), Yevlakh – Ujar (84 km), Ujar – Gajigabul (88 km), Gajigabul – Gobustan (70 km), and Gobustan – Baku (55 km), finishing in the capital on March 4. Winners of each stage will be awarded separately, and the winners of the overall standings will receive the main prize.
Citizens over the age of 18 can join the ultramarathon under the motto “Forward with Pride.” Registration is available via the link until February 20.
