The theme of the 3rd International Humanitarian Conference on Demining is “Reducing the Impact of Mines on the Environment: Mobilizing Resources for a Safe and Green Future.” The first day of the conference will be held in Zangilan, and the second day in Baku.
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, sent a message to the conference participants, which was read by the President’s Assistant, Hikmet Hajiyev.
