“Azerbaijan should not repeat the mistakes of Ukraine and Saddam, and should know that Iran will never allow its borders to be threatened,” Tanhai said, speaking at an event to commemorate the anniversary of General Qasem Soleimani’s death, ISNA reports.
“Any move aimed at disturbing the peace in Islamic Iran and its border areas will be followed by a strong response from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he said.
