According to the Ministry of Defense, Y. Galant stressed that Azerbaijan-Israel relations are based on friendship and mutual trust, and expressed satisfaction with the existing bilateral cooperation.
Colonel General Z. Hasanov congratulated Y. Galant on his appointment as Minister of Defense of Israel and voiced confidence in expansion of bilateral military cooperation.
During their phone conversation the ministers discussed regional security issues and prospects for military-technical cooperation.
