Azerbaijan, in turn, is ready to provide guarantees to Karabakh Armenians with respect to the rights enjoyed by other citizens of Azerbaijan, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the press conference on European security.
He also pointed out that it was the French and the Americans who had buried the OSCE Minsk Group, and Russia had nothing to do with it.
