According to him, France has agreed to supply “defensive” armaments to Armenia.
“France has given its consent for the supply of defensive military equipment, and France will continue with all responsibility, not wishing for any escalation,” Macron asserts.
The president added that Paris will support “the independence, territorial integrity of Armenia, as well as democratic processes in the country and Yerevan’s aspirations for peace.” He also mentioned that France will develop cooperation with Armenia in the defense sphere and promote the development of relations with the EU.
