As reported by haqqin.az in the Ministry of Health, Teymur Musayev in his speech noted that in order to restore the sovereignty and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to clear the territories of illegal Armenian armed groups, Azerbaijan conducted anti-terrorist activities.
Representatives of various international organizations visited the Karabakh region. Reports prepared as a result of these visits note that no damage was inflicted on civilian infrastructure during these operations, including schools and hospitals, the health minister pointed out.
The Armenian population of the region also told representatives of international organizations that there were no acts of violence against them and no destruction of civilian and agricultural facilities.
Teymur Musayev emphasized that all these issues were reflected in the reports of the Armenian office of the UNHCR and the International Committee of the Red Cross. The minister also recalled statements by the Prime Minister of Armenia on September 21 and 23, where it was noted that there is no danger to the Armenian population.
All these facts once again prove the groundlessness of the accusations from representatives of France and Armenia, Minister Musayev pointed out.
