The operations resumed following the discovery of the burial site, leading to the suspension of all other activities in the area.
Representatives from the Prosecutor General’s Office and other governmental agencies are present at the site. Employees from the Baku office of the International Committee of the Red Cross have also been invited to participate in the excavations in Khojaly.
