He noted that “the clerical-feudal elite of Karabakh capitulated in two hours, and the weapons, worth billions of dollars and acquired at the cost of the Armenian people’s deprivation, were handed over to Azerbaijan in working, new, and lubricated condition.”
“You will not be able to change the government in Armenia, you are powerless,” Pashinyan declared.
