The head of state pointed out that France is responsible for soil contamination and the damage inflicted on French Polynesia due to nuclear testing conducted there. According to President Aliyev, a similar situation is seen in Algeria, where France conducted 17 nuclear tests during its occupation.
Additionally, President Aliyev addressed the issue of human rights violations by French authorities in New Caledonia, highlighting instances of killings and injuries inflicted on citizens during lawful demonstrations under the Macron regime.
