“The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia has received reliable intelligence that the organizers of the rally in Yerevan intend to provoke unlawful acts during the regular session of the National Assembly taking place today and to encourage the participants of the rally to seize the National Assembly building, to force them to carry out some actions, thereby destabilizing national security and undermining public order and safety.
“The National Security Service strongly advises the organizers and participants of the gathering to refrain from committing unlawful acts, otherwise the organizers will bear the full responsibility for what will happen.
“The Service calls all law-abiding citizens not to give in to provocations, to refrain from unlawful acts, otherwise they will equally share the full burden of criminal responsibility,” the statement says.
