Peskov added that such incidents do not contribute to the advancement of the negotiation process or to the approach of the moment of signing a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan.
At the same time, the press secretary of the President of Russia expressed hope that the negotiation process aimed at signing a peace treaty will continue.
