“We have repeatedly made this clear to the representatives of France. They need to stop trying to support Armenia in other ways. Let them not forget that our beloved Azerbaijan is never left alone,” he said (quoted by APA). He also noted that according to the Shusha Declaration, Turkey will provide all kinds of support to Azerbaijan.
According to him, the West should also be interested in peace and security in the South Caucasus region.
“Azerbaijan plays a key role in ensuring the energy security of the West. In this context, Western countries, in particular France, should put pressure on Armenia to expedite the peace process,” Cavusoglu remarked.
