“Turnover has not only not decreased, despite what is happening around the world, and our countries are no exception, despite Covid-19 and despite the pandemic for the first time in seven years, turnover reached a record high of almost $1 billion,” said Zelensky.
He added that Ukraine and Azerbaijan have set a goal to double bilateral trade by 2024.
“We also want to increase the amount of mutual investment and the number of large-scale joint projects. This is, in particular, the participation of Azerbaijani companies in the “Big Construction” programs,” the Ukrainian head of state said.
He clarified that it is a question of realization of joint projects both in Ukraine, and in Azerbaijan.
As it was reported, on January 14 President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev came on a working visit to Ukraine.
