“The Secretary-General has closely followed the normalization process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He welcomes the agreement reached on April 19 between the respective state commissions on the delimitation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” the statement said.
“[The Secretary-General] calls on the parties to continue the delimitation and demarcation of the remaining border segments and to resolve all unresolved bilateral issues for the full normalization of relations,” Dujarric noted.
