For two months official Baku, using irrefutable intelligence data, has been presenting to the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces video evidence of the active delivery of arms and food supplies to the forward positions of the illegal Armenian armed groups in Karabakh through the Khankendi–Khalfali–Tursu and Khankendi–Kesalar–Mirzalar–Tursu unofficial corridors, alternative to the Lachin road.

The command of the Russian peacekeeping forces led by the notorious Major General Andrey Volkov in their usual apathetic manner disavowed the evidence presented by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, continuing to condone the active delivery of weapons to the bandit groups. Moreover, the illegal Armenian armed groups began intensive engineering works on the above-mentioned routes, apparently for the purpose of erecting fortifications.

The Azerbaijani side continued to closely monitor the activation of military routes, demanding that the Russian command take urgent and immediate action. As part of their mandate, the Russians were bound to prevent the new illegal Armenian military-political mission. However, the Russian command, as hypocritical as ever, not only ignored the appeals of official Baku, but also facilitated the establishment of an alternative route.

Yerevan, in turn, refused to discuss the illegal forays of its forces into the territory of Azerbaijan, untruthfully and cynically pointing to the humanitarian nature of the mission and the expediency of expanding the communications between the Russian area of responsibility in Karabakh and Armenia. This was certainly a blatant interference in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan. And the Karabakh Armenians, by refusing to engage in political dialogue with the Aliyev administration, a priori ruled out any form of constructive cooperation.

On the night of March 24 to 25, new military cargoes were dispatched from Armenia in the direction of Khankendi. Azerbaijan immediately presented new video evidence to the Russian side. However, the Russian command, once again playing ostrich, chose not to notice the active military intervention and the illegal movements. We offer our readers the exclusive video evidence presented by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan to the Russian side.

After the intensification of military supply routes, Azerbaijan showed its will and made a decision to take control of the Khankendi–Khalfali–Tursu and Khankendi–Kesalar–Mirzalar–Tursu roads. After the preventive measures taken by Azerbaijan, the delivery of military cargoes to the illegal armed groups was completely halted…
