The organization “Hosank,” founded by U.S. citizen Hayk Nazaryan, has been active in Armenia for three years. In January 2024, it drew attention after holding a march in downtown Yerevan featuring Nazi symbols, slogans, and salutes.
The event took place without any response from law enforcement agencies. Condemnation came only from some Armenian opposition deputies and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The organization openly operates with an office, websites, fundraising campaigns, and publications that include elements of Nazi ideology.
