As part of the trip, the Diaspora representatives will visit the main square of the city – Bazarbashi, the Jidir plain, the monuments damaged by Armenian vandals, the historical site of signing the Shusha declaration, Khurshudbanu Natavan’s house, “Khangizi” spring, Ganja Gate, the Ashaghi, Yukhari Govhar-aga and Saatli mosques, House-Museum of Bulbul and other sites in the city.
They will also get familiarized with the reconstruction works held in the cultural capital in the postwar period.
It should be noted that this visit is carried out in accordance with the recommendations given by President Ilham Aliyev at the 5th Congress of the World Azerbaijanis and aims to draw attention to the importance of strengthening ties among the Azerbaijanis living abroad and their historical Motherland.
