The Serbia-Bulgaria Gas Interconnector is very important for us. As President Radev noted, diversification of supply will bring more alternatives to Serbia and Bulgaria, President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić told Azerbaijani journalists in the Serbian city of Niš, Report informs.
“It will also strengthen the energy security of vital Serbian cities such as Niš, Dimitrovgrad, Bela Palanka and Pirot. We will also have the opportunity to purchase gas from 6 or 7 LNG terminals in the future, which plays an important role in the overall energy security of Serbia,” Aleksandar Vučić added.
