The Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine, Seymur Mardaliyev, announced on social network X that President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has invited his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to the COP29 conference to be held in November in Baku.
Mardaliyev noted that he had a meeting with Andriy Sybiha, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, in Kyiv.
