This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, during a joint press conference with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Marko Đurić, in Baku.
Bayramov noted that if Armenia desires peace in the region, it must take serious steps.
“It was pointed out that the Constitution of Armenia still contains claims on the territory of Azerbaijan. I emphasized that this is the most serious element threatening the peace and normalization process. If Armenia desires peace in the region, it must take serious steps,” he added.
Azerbaijan will present Armenia with a new package of proposals for a peace agreement, Bayramov noted.
