“While we haven’t seen anyone take the path of sanctions, we have witnessed statements regarding the possibility of military support from France. This has led Azerbaijan to cancel planned international meetings and discussions that could have contributed to the progress of the peace process,” he noted.
Last week in Yerevan, Canada’s Foreign Minister, Melanie Joly, announced that the issue of sanctions against Azerbaijan was already “on the table.”
