After arriving at the Kazakh port of Aktau, the first freight train from Chinese Xi’an to Mannheim, Germany, was transported to the port of Hovsan on the dry cargo ship Maestro Niyazi of the ASCO maritime cargo fleet.
The feeder vessel Maestro Niyazi is expected to arrive at the port of Hovsan tomorrow, May 5. After transshipment of containers in the port, the train will be taken to the Georgian port of Poti and then delivered to Europe via the Black Sea.
