Transportation of manpower, weapons and ammunition, including mines, by Armenia to the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan and attempts to identify new routes for this purpose are a gross violation of the terms of the Trilateral Statement, setting the stage for escalation of tension in the region and for new provocations on the part of Armenia.
