They are accompanied by Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President and Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs within the Presidential Administration.
The visit began with the delegation’s arrival at Fuzuli International Airport. From there, the diplomats will proceed to Khankendi, where they are scheduled to meet with students of Garabagh University.
Following their visit to Khankendi, the delegation will continue to Shusha to observe the ongoing development and reconstruction efforts in the city.
