“However, according to our source in the Civil Contract party, the international partners reviewed the proposals presented by our MPs and the prepared text and said that they had no objections, but they would not support Armenian interests on any of the issues until Armenia decided whether it stood with Europe or with Russia.
“Lately, European officials see through the attempts by the Armenian authorities to con them and decided to punish them. At the very least, to push Armenia to make a final choice on where it sees itself and completely sever ties with Russia.
