The awarding ceremony of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity took place in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, with the participation of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The event opened with the national anthem of the UAE, followed by the screening of a video dedicated to the Zayed Award. Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Elders Mohamed Abdel Salam then delivered a keynote address.
President Ilham Aliyev addressed the ceremony, expressing gratitude to the Judging Committee and describing the award as a great honor. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan also spoke at the event.
The ceremony brought together high-level officials and international guests, highlighting the award’s mission to promote dialogue, coexistence, and human fraternity at the global level.
