On February 21, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, received Hulusi Akar, a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Chairman of the Parliamentary National Defense Commission, and former Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey.

During the discussion, it was emphasized that the fraternal and friendly relations, as well as the strategic alliance between Azerbaijan and Turkey, continue to develop successfully in all areas. The further expansion of interparliamentary cooperation was noted with satisfaction.
