According to him, Armenia will never be able to claim that these territories are not part of Azerbaijan.
“These lands are the territory of Azerbaijan. Since their return to Azerbaijan requires a delimitation process, the issue will be addressed in this context. It will be discussed and resolved,” Khalafov added.
