Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Azerbaijan on May 7 and remain in the country for five days—an unprecedentedly long stay, according to his office.
He is scheduled to return on May 11, spending the Jewish Sabbath abroad, as is customary during his official trips.
As reported by Minval, Netanyahu’s visits typically last only 1–3 days, even when traveling to strategically important countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, or the UAE.
