President Ilham Aliyev noted the humanitarian assistance provided by the central government to Armenian residents of Karabakh, stating that services in the fields of migration and social protection have been provided to Armenian residents on the ground. Registration processes have also begun, and a separate portal has been created for this purpose.
The head of state highlighted that, as a demonstration of transparency ensured by Azerbaijan in this area, a group of representatives from the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in our country and specialized UN structures visited the territory. They made a corresponding statement that no harm to the civilian population and civil infrastructure has been recorded.
