Thanks to the two heads of states, brotherly relations of Azerbaijan and Turkey are at their highest today.
Expressing satisfaction with the relations between the countries in the field of healthcare, Teymur Musayev recalled the working visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan to Turkey in May this year: “During the two-day visit we had very fruitful discussions with Turkey’s Health Minister Fahrettin Koça and were familiarized with the work of leading medical institutions of the brotherly country. I think it will be productive for us to study Turkey’s experience in healthcare.”
Teymur Musayev said that digitalization is an inevitable process in the economy and healthcare as an economy sector sees its future only in digitalization. “Turkey’s experience in this field is invaluable and its model is a worldwide leader,” the minister stressed.
In turn, DEIK representatives expressed interest in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan on research in the field of medical tourism, digital transformation of healthcare and other areas.
The meeting went on in the spirit of mutual understanding. The participants exchanged views on the successful development of multilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, cooperation in the field of healthcare and implementation of joint projects, and agreed to foster cooperation further.
