The meeting analyzed the current operational situation on the conditional Azerbaijani-Armenian border, and officials were tasked with maintaining a high level of combat readiness of military units, improving their service and combat activities.
Colonel General Z. Hasanov emphasized the importance of further increasing the intensity of exercises and practical sessions conducted in accordance with real combat conditions, using modern weapons, equipment, and other combat means taken into service.
The Minister of Defense set specific tasks for officials related to paying special attention to the high level of service organization of troops and ideological work, improving the social and living conditions of servicemen, as well as taking appropriate measures for engineering and medical support.
In conclusion, Colonel General Z. Hasanov gave instructions to conduct memorial and educational events in connection with March 31 – the Day of the Genocide of Azerbaijanis.
