Joint Energy Projects

Ilham Aliyev announced the construction of two hydroelectric power stations with a capacity of 280 megawatts, which will bring significant benefits to both Azerbaijan and Iran. The president noted that the liberated Karabakh and East Zangezur regions, as well as Nakhchivan, have been declared green energy zones in Azerbaijan, and the creation of green energy sources in these areas will benefit the entire region.
