This statement was made by the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev, at the Second Shusha Global Media Forum.
“Speaking about instances of undermining our country’s high international reputation in the global information space, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has always highly appreciated the exceptional role of professional media in preventing mass disinformation attacks and in providing timely and accurate information to the public,” Hajiyev emphasized, as quoted by Report.
He added that the country’s media resources, based on the principles of media ethics, tirelessly continue their efforts to convey the truth about Azerbaijan to the international community.
