Lieutenant Commander Gavin Tarbard has been appointed as the United Kingdom’s first defense attaché to Azerbaijan, the British Embassy announced.
“This historic milestone reflects the growing strength of our partnership and will enhance cooperation in the fields of defense and security,” the statement said.
