Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, received the CEO of the Turkish company Baykar, Haluk Bayraktar, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the meeting, held in a sincere atmosphere, emphasized the continued development of bilateral military cooperation.
The discussions particularly highlighted the importance of expanding joint production with technological innovations. A broad exchange of views took place on the current state and future prospects of military-technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
At the end of the meeting, Minister Hasanov awarded Bayraktar the Medal for Merit in Military Cooperation.
