“So far, the issue of the enclaves has not been raised. There are enclaves on either side and their territory is approximately equal. Both parties remain quiet on this issue, it has not been discussed yet. A possible solution is for the Armenian enclave to remain with Azerbaijan and for the Azerbaijani enclaves to remain with Armenia,” Grigoryan said.

The issue of the enclaves was never raised during the talks with Baku, Armenia’s Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said at the briefing after a government meeting, speaking about the terms of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan.
